Court Reveals 'Devastating' Evidence Against Charlie Kirk’s Murder Suspect

The prosecution’s narrative shows Robinson arriving on campus, eating at Chick‑Fil‑A, and moving between campus buildings before turning to the rooftop of the Losee Center to pull the fatal shot.
The defense raised questions over the credibility and protocol of the DNA and ballistics reports, and the admissibility of the surveillance footage. Chief Deputy Attorney Chad Grunander told the judge “The evidence is overwhelming. It’s devastating.” The judge will decide whether to proceed to trial, and the next scheduled hearing is set for 1 September.
